The position
Once you step into your new Senior Project Manager role in one of our packaging projects or Programs, you will oversee international cross-organizational projects and work packages. Your main responsibilities include:

Leading a local project team and collaborate with international highly skilled engineers and specialists responsible for the implementation of highly innovative packaging lines

Overseeing projects from the early development phase to the post-launch stage of our medical device/combination product pipeline

Managing a wide range of stakeholders both within Novo Nordisk and externally

Initiating, executing, and finalizing projects within our established project execution framework

Acting as the crucial link between workgroups, steering groups, project owners, project governance, and key stakeholders

Developing effectively the team and serving as a role model for other Project Managers
