As the Director of Project Management team, namely the Project Maturation and Delivery team, in Executive Office, you will identify and execute strategic and critical projects in close collaboration with the leadership team of Regulatory, Quality & Clinical Reporting (RQ&C) unit, in Developed Novo Nordisk. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Define the strategic direction and vision for the Project Management unit to drive maximum business impact through transformative projects
• Develop the team through personal and professional growth, focusing on building project management competencies across the team
• Ensure successful delivery of key transformational projects across the RQ&C area
