The position As our new Global Portfolio Strategy Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing a global portfolio launch framework. You will do this by driving insights based on market insights, industry best practices and facilitating working groups across the organisation. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
Work closely with different stakeholders across the organisation in your pursuit of developing the portfolio launch framework. Be able to work in a big matrix organization, collaborating with global functions, especially commercial, operations and medical affairs, to ensure that relevant insights are accounted for in the strategy. Engage with regions and markets to ensure robust input and executional feasibility of proposed strategies. The position reports to the Head of Portfolio Deployment and Optimisation.
