The position
As a Senior Project Manager in Integrated Quality (IQ) your primary responsibility will be to lead projects and/or tracks within the different Workstreams in Integrated Quality to facilitate the transformation of our Quality Management System to support the Novo Nordisk scaling ambition. Five Workstreams have been established to drive this transformation: IQ Structure, IQ Leadership, IQ Training, IQ Culture and IQ Data & Technology. The nature of the projects or tracks you will lead depends on the specific Workstream you are involved in, but all will all involve implementation across all parts of Novo Nordisk.
