The position
As a Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
Manage cross-functional projects within construction, facilities, and utilities using your project management toolbox, cutting across several different job families, facilitating our expansion and growth and optimizing and developing processes. Support key decisions throughout the project, including milestones, and provide clear goals and purpose for the project team members. Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements. Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, applying essential project management tools and methods.
